Suppliers

We source all our ingredients from as close to home as we can and try to use as much organic produce as possible.

Fish comes from Fish Galore who are a family run company based in Hove. We bake all our own bread and make all our own chutneys. Our vegetables come from a Sussex organic cooperative.

Our meat comes from Redlands Farm and our delicious sausages come from Grasmere farm.

Our wine is supplied by Bibendum who have put a great deal of effort into creating a list that suits our menu. We stock a beautiful rose from Bolney in order to maintain our local theme.

Basically, we buy the best we can, locally.
